Know the admission costs

The City lists US$25 entry for nonresidents age 13 and older, plus a 2.35% online payment fee. Nonresident vehicle parking is US$3, paid on-site in cash. Children 12 and younger enter free; other exemptions have eligibility conditions. Check the official page and checkout for your party’s total.

Prepare a fallback that does not depend on entry

Keep the rest of that day flexible until you have a confirmation. A standalone ride does not include admission unless the booking expressly says so. Neither a ride nor an entry reservation guarantees parking. Save your confirmation and make sure the named visitor can provide matching photo ID.

A release time is a chance to reserve, not a promise of availability. Do not schedule your only possible visit for a day with no alternative. Check any transport provider’s cancellation terms before paying.

Admission with transport has a different window

The City also links admission with round-trip transportation packages from Waikiki and Ala Moana that can be booked up to a month ahead. The two-day, 7 a.m. rule on this page applies to admission-only bookings. A standalone ride includes entry only if the booking explicitly says so.
